If the return is a result of our error, you will receive a full refund.
If you returned only one item from a multi-item shipment, you will be reimbursed only for the per item shipping fee for the item you returned and not the per-shipment fee.
If the return is a result of your error, you will be responsible for the shipment to and from your location and incur a 20% restocking fee.
Freight Receiving Policy & Procedure
Please inspect the unit upon receiving before signing for it. When you sign for an item you are declaring it was received in good non-damaged condition. Cut the box open, Make the driver wait and sign received item was damaged if the unit is damaged. If the unit is severely damaged you may also refuse the shipment. If you receive damaged good and do not sign for the unit as being damaged we cannot file a damaged claim for you.
If you are not available to receive the goods at the address you entered you are still responsible for the cost of freight/shipping.
