Shipping

Ordering an item from CookwarePro.com? We can ship to any address in the United States with United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express (FedEx). You have the option of choosing among UPS Next Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS Ground, or one of many FedEx Services. Some times we have require freight services and we are currently working to get you live quotes, however meanwhile you can call us at 310.719.1231 or e-mail Cookware@CookwarePro.com us with your shipping information and we will find you the lowest available means of freight shipping for the products. Please include your full address, whether or not your location is commercial, industrial, or residential; also if there is loading dock or forklift available.

International Shipping

We do not have an automated international way of shipping yet. However if you would like to get your products internationally delivered, Please call us at 310.719.1231 or email us Cookware@CookwarePro.com and include the products you would like to purchase and the details of your shipping. We will promptly quote you a price. Sorry International Orders require pre-payment by check or wire. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contacts us.

Calculating Cost

Shipping costs for orders from CookwarePro.com depend upon the methods and options you choose. If you choose to group items into as few shipments as possible, you will be charged for one regular per-shipment fee, as well as a per-item fee for each item in that shipment. If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available, we will charge you full per-shipment fees for each shipment as well as a per-item fee for each item. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Our Return Policy

Items returned within 14 days will receive full refund minus the shipping cost. If the return is a result of our error, you will receive a full refund. If you returned only one item from a multi-item shipment, you will be reimbursed only for the per item shipping fee for the item you returned and not the per-shipment fee. If the return is a result of your error, you will be responsible for the shipment to and from your location and incur a 20% restocking fee.

Refund Policy

Items returned within 14 days, in unused re-sale-able condition, will receive full refund minus the shipping cost. A 20% restocking fee will be applied. If the return is a result of our error, you will receive a full refund We will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Otherwise, you are responsible for the shipping cost. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. To return a product, please email return@CookwarePro.com and ask for the RMA department. A representative will assist you with an RMA number and shipping information. Freight Receiving Policy and Procedure Please inspect the unit upon receiving before signing for it. When you sign for an item you are declaring it was received in good non-damaged condition. Cut the box open, Make the driver wait and sign received item was damaged if the unit is damaged. If the unit is severely damaged you may also refuse the shipment. If you receive damaged good and do not sign for the unit as being damaged we cannot file a damaged claim for you. If you are not available to receive the goods at the address you entered you are still responsible for the cost of freight/shipping. Please be available at the contact # specified as the freight/shipping company may need to contact you. We are sorry for any inconvenience but to be able to use freight/shipping services we are asked to direct our customers in this manner.
